Hey friends! Alright, let’s be real. I posted my March and April goals this year and then kinda fell off the wagon – whoops! March – August was especially crazy for me this year, but I’m starting it back with November! How are we here already? It is officially 60 degrees today and I’m absolutely loving it, for some reason it feels so re-energizing and is making me want to dream more, be outside more and be a better version of myself. I already got my 2020 Powersheets and have been jotting down some ideas for next year, thinking about everything I accomplished so far this year and trying to figure out how to take advantage of every day we have left in 2019. So here’s what I’ll be up to this month. I just think it’s so important to have those small steps laid out and to pause at the beginning of each month – because at the end of it, you want to have moved, have grown, have accomplished something, even if it’s seemingly small. Plus, I would love for this to be a way to share more of my heart with y’all!
One other thought: I’m one who struggles with working out consistently. One week I’ll go every day and the next week I won’t go at all. I’m pretty quick to let my excuse be rest even when I’ve gotten plenty of rest (hello enneagram 9). But when I looked back at this year, I found something I did not expect – the months that I worked out the most were actually my BUSIEST work months! Like what? March, May and June were the highest. I really think it’s true that when you’re moving, it’s so easy to keep moving and vice versa. Someone wise told me that if you’re stuck in life, just do something to start moving – keep moving, always. (Also, I think I’ve already figured out what my word for 2020 is, haha!)
